When Zayn was photographed holding hands with a girl who wasn’t fiance Perrie Edwards, people started speculating over whether Zayn was cheating on the Little Mix singer. He dropped out of the rest of the Asian dates on 1D’s tour to fly home to Perrie. Shortly after, he announced he was leaving the group. After meeting up, she was seen leaving their house with a weekend bag. But no worries, the pictures posted from the vacation that followed make it look like everything’s OK. 2. I’m not sure about this one, but some tabloids claim they have evidence in the form of Facebook posts where Perrie’s friend is congratulating her on her big day. The post was liked by members of One Direction, apparently. 3. The drugs rumor is a classic one, and it spread in late March, but we haven’t really seen it since. It’s not the first time Zayn has been accused of doing drugs. Zayn missed Four’s release day in November due to illness, but when they were on the “Today” show, host Matt Lauer alluded that his absence meant that he was dealing with substance abuse. 4. Zayn has a sex tape Some click-hungry sites published stories about Zayn’s rumored sex tape. And although many fans probably wish this were true, it’s not. Blame this rumor (and everything else) on internet culture, where websites can just write “report” in a headline, source the story back to someone else and bury the fact that the whole story is fake. 5. Zayn will present at the Movie Awards The MTV Movie Awards were just a few weeks after the 1D news broke and the wound was still fresh. So why not combine two major events into one big rumor? Rumor had it that One Direction would reunite at the show. If only 6. Zayn has a solo career OK, so this one might be true. After all, Naughty Boy and Zayn have been causing a ruckus online. The British producer had retweeted the joint moniker “Zaughty” just days after Zayn’s 1D departure (which got Louis Tomlinson really upset). Shortly after, a Zaughty track surfaced online, including some speculation that it was a ditched One Direction demo. Tomlinson quickly struck the speculation down, therefore confirming that this was all Zayn — solo. 7.One Direction will have a Zayn diss track Diss songs aren’t uncommon, but this one just seems immature. A “source” told Hollywood Life that “Louis helps write a lot of their songs so these feelings will end up in their music. Louis will write a diss son. Louis Tomlinson: Zayn Malik Is Being Used By Naughty Boy

“The main problem Louis has with Naughty Boy is that he believes he’s using Zayn to gain notoriety and fame,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Louis genuinely does not believe Naughty Boy has Zayn’s best interests at heart, and in the end will do more damage than good.” 1D fans will remember that Zayn was quick to jump into the studio with Naughty Boy soon after leaving the group. It’s left Louis thinking that Naughty Boy is taking advantage of a lost and confused Zayn, according to the insider. “You must remember, Naughty Boy took Zayn under his wing when he was vulnerable and lost after quitting 1D,” the source continued. “And that’s just how Louis sees it, and hopes that Zayn realizes he’s being taken advantage of and quits ties with the rapper.” Oh, no! We hope for Zayn’s well-being that’s not the case. It’s worth noting he had worked with Naughty Boy before he walked out on his bandmates when they were in middle of their huge world tour.
